Based on ratings alone, the past year had less stinkers in it, but it had more 'eh' entries. Most of the bad films I picked out either had some entertainment value despite being technically sub-par, or had all the right elements but failed to make something great out of it.

Where to Start: Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure.
Yet Jojo is an intimidating series. It's been running more or less continuously since 1987, and currently running through its 8th part Jojolion. But that's over 32 years' worth of manga chapters, with multitudes of protagonists, antagonists, side characters, stands and moments of complete insanity.

These aren't arranged by review scores, but by comparison to all the other films I've reviewed, and whether I'd see any of them a second time or not. '10' would be a No, while '1' would be a Hell No, basically.
